Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order to report any issue. To process a refund or replacement request, clear photos or videos of the product may be required.
Refund Conditions

Refund Process

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the refund policy terms.
